If you're good at writing, should you major in Literature Education or Journalism?

I am hesitating between the two majors: Literature Pedagogy and Journalism, not knowing which major is more suitable for today's society.

I am a parent with a child in grade 12. My child is good at writing, communicating and hosting. When asked about what major she wanted, she said she wanted to major in Education or Journalism. I have witnessed him guiding homework and teaching middle school students to write good social essays and seen him methodically hosting a number of events at the school and center.

I have no expertise in the fields of journalism or pedagogy, so I would like to ask people who are pursuing these two fields for advice. Which field should I follow that is suitable for today's society and which field is more developed? Thanks everyone for the advice.
