As a first-year student majoring in Human Resources Management, I want to know what skills this major requires in order to learn more so that I won't be unemployed when I graduate.
Nowadays, I see that many graduates have a hard time getting a job because they only know theory and do not have practical skills to meet employer requirements. I hope to be a human resources training specialist when I graduate, so I want to know if this industry has any special requirements so I can prepare early.
I'm also learning Chinese, but I'm not sure if this language is okay or if I still need English. Looking forward to everyone's advice.
