VinFast announced the expansion of its special green conversion policy to 34/34 provinces and cities nationwide and the deployment of 150,000 electric motorbike battery swapping stations.

On August 21, in response to the atmosphere celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day, VinFast announced that it would promote the campaign "Fierce Vietnamese Spirit - For a Green Future" for the third time with two major decisions.

Specifically, the preferential policy in Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh City and An Giang will be applied nationwide from today. Customers buying VinFast cars will receive a 4% discount on the listed price, and support for car loan interest rates of 3-4%/year for 3 years.

For electric motorbikes, the incentive is up to 10% of the vehicle price, supporting installment loans up to 80 - 90% of the value, even buyers operating on the Green SM Platform can receive the vehicle with 0 counterpart capital, with a commitment to share 90% of the revenue in 3 years.

In addition, customers are exempted from 100% of registration fees until the end of 2025 and can use free charging services at the V-Green system until mid-2027.

Notably, VinFast will deploy a system of 150,000 battery swapping stations within 3 years, with the first 1,000 stations installed in October 2025, moving towards 50,000 stations by the end of this year.

This network is densely planned, far exceeding the number of gas stations, helping users feel secure about their batteries and save time recharging.

New versions of battery-swapped electric motorbikes will be added, starting with the Evo Max priced at VND20 million launched in October 2025, followed by Feliz Max (VND24.9 million), Verox Max (VND33.9 million) and Drift Max (VND39.9 million).

The vehicle is designed with a two-compartment battery compartment, each battery is 1.5 kWh for a maximum distance of 85 km/battery, rental fee is 200,000 VND/battery/month, battery change fee is 9,000 VND/time, saving significantly compared to gasoline costs.

At the same time, VinFast still maintains the battery version for customers who want to own the whole package or charge it at home. The company also coordinates to organize the "Green Festival - Trade in gasoline cars, upgrade to green cars" nationwide, with incentives of up to 100 million VND for customers to exchange gasoline cars for electric cars, the highest applicable to the VF9 model.
