“Determining that taking care of people's lives is the task and responsibility of the entire political system and society, we have promoted the role of each individual and community in creating conditions for people to improve their lives, emphasizing support for poor households to ensure their own living conditions, contributing to the process of socio-economic development,” Mr. Truong Trong The emphasized.

Implementing the thematic deployment plan, from October 2025, the Standing Committee of the Vinh Hoa Commune Party Committee thoroughly grasped the main contents on exemplary responsibility according to Regulation No. 197-QD/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Based on the implementation of the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee, Party cells, affiliated Party committees, the government, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations develop a plan to implement specific and practical contents on exemplary responsibility, especially promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members in economic development, social security and taking care of people's lives in accordance with the functions and tasks of the agency and unit.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune proactively advised the Party Committee, coordinated with the People's Committee of the commune, unions, hamlets and philanthropists to build a model to support poor households, near-poor households and vulnerable people in society to gradually escape poverty, towards sustainable poverty reduction. From the fund to support farmers, the Commune Farmers' Association supported dozens of poor households to borrow capital to develop models of rice cultivation, giant freshwater prawn farming, pig farming, vegetable growing; effectively managed 16 projects, with a total capital of more than 1.1 billion VND, contributing to creating jobs and increasing income for many farmers.

The Women's Union and the Youth Union of Vinh Hoa commune coordinate to organize short-term vocational training courses to help women and young people have stable jobs after vocational training. From these efforts, the rate of poor and near-poor households in Vinh Hoa commune has decreased significantly. Many households that used to be poor have become well-off, becoming active members of local movements.

In particular, the local political system also pays attention to supporting housing for households in difficult circumstances. As a family with revolutionary contributions, and receiving support from the locality for a new house, Ms. Thi Day, residing in Can Vam A hamlet, happily said: "I would like to thank the locality for their attention and creating conditions for my family to settle down and make a living. We will take care of our work to improve our lives."

Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Hoa Commune, Nguyen Trung Hien, informed: “We identify poverty reduction as a key, long-term task. The goal is not only to help people escape poverty in the short term but also to escape poverty sustainably, and have the conditions to contribute back to the community. In the coming time, we will continue to replicate effective livelihood models, connect more social resources to help poor households and households in difficult circumstances to rise up.”

In the third quarter of 2025, the Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Hoa commune coordinated with benefactors to donate more than 4,500 gifts and 2 solidarity houses, with a total cost of more than 2 billion VND. At the same time, dozens of bicycles and wheelchairs were donated to the poor, lonely elderly people, and students in difficult circumstances in the commune.
