Based on this, the Party Committee is consolidating and strengthening national unity, building close relationships between the Party committee, the government, and the people. At the same time, it is leveraging internal resources to successfully achieve the goals and tasks of socio- economic development and ensure national defense and security in the locality.

"Identifying the task and responsibility of caring for the people's lives as the duty and responsibility of the entire political system and society, we have promoted the role of each individual and community in creating conditions for people to improve their lives, with an emphasis on supporting poor households to ensure their own living conditions, contributing to the socio-economic development process," Mr. Truong Trong The emphasized.
In implementing the thematic plan, starting in October 2025, the Standing Committee of the Vinh Hoa Commune Party Committee will disseminate the main contents on the responsibility of setting an example according to Regulation No. 197-QĐ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee. In addition, they will promote research into the thoughts and examples of President Ho Chi Minh and President Ton Duc Thang regarding caring for the people's lives.
Based on the implementation plan of the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee, the subordinate Party branches and committees, the government, the Fatherland Front , and political and social organizations will develop specific and practical plans to implement the responsibility of setting an example, especially emphasizing the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members in economic development, social welfare, and caring for the people's lives, in accordance with the functions and tasks of their respective agencies and units.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune proactively advised the Party Committee, coordinated with the People's Committee of the commune, mass organizations, hamlets, and philanthropists to build models to support poor and near-poor households and vulnerable people in society to gradually rise out of poverty, aiming for sustainable poverty reduction. From the farmers' support fund, the commune's Farmers' Association supported dozens of poor households with loans to develop models of rice cultivation, freshwater prawn farming, pig farming, and vegetable cultivation; effectively managing 16 projects with a total capital of over 1.1 billion VND, contributing to creating jobs and increasing income for many farmers.

The Women's Union and the Youth Union of Vinh Hoa commune have collaborated to organize short-term vocational training courses, helping women and young people find stable employment after completing their training. Thanks to these efforts, the percentage of poor and near-poor households in Vinh Hoa commune has decreased significantly. Many formerly impoverished households have risen to a comfortable standard of living, becoming active participants in local movements.
In particular, the local political system also pays attention to supporting housing for disadvantaged households. As a family with a history of service to the revolution, Mrs. Thi Day, residing in Can Vam A hamlet, happily said: “Thank you to the local authorities for their concern and for creating conditions for my family to settle down and make a living. We will work hard to improve our lives.”
Nguyen Trung Hien, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Hoa commune, stated: “We consider poverty reduction a key, long-term task. The goal is not only to help people escape poverty in the short term but also to achieve sustainable poverty alleviation, enabling them to contribute back to the community. In the future, we will continue to expand effective livelihood models and connect with more social resources to help poor households and those in difficult circumstances rise up.”
The achievements in caring for the people's lives by the Party Committee of Vinh Hoa commune are proof of the spirit of "putting the people first," thereby creating a strong bond of unity and close ties between the Party Committee and the people, working together to build the heroic land of Vinh Hoa into an increasingly developed region.
