More than 50 people who caused the shooting in Dak Lak listened to the instigation of the reactionaries
According to the initial testimonies of the arrested subjects, they listened to the instigation of the reactionaries promising that after committing the attack on the headquarters of the Commune People's Committee, they would be given money, sent to cross the border abroad and be taken care of for a better life...
Previously, from June 3 to 6, subjects named Y Som (residing in Dak Lak, identified as the leader) called to entice people to gather in Cu Kuin district so that someone could take them abroad.
When going abroad to live, each person will be provided with an amount of VND 100 million, along with someone who will take care of a "happy and better" life.
From 6/6 to 10/6, more than 50 subjects from many different localities such as: Cu M'gar, Krong Buk, Ea Hleo, Buon Ho town ... (Dak Lak province) and some in Phu Thien, Krong Pa ... (Gia Lai province) gathered at a shack in Cu Kuin district, Dak Lak province.
Some of the perpetrators have been arrested.
After gathering here, the target group organized a meal and at about 1am on June 11, they divided into 6 groups carrying guns, knives, petrol bombs, grenades ... which had been prepared in advance, simultaneously attacked the headquarters of the People's Committee of Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur.
The number of weapons used by the target group to cause the crime was seized.
At the places they attacked, the windows and main doors at the two headquarters of the People's Committee of Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur were smashed, and many documents and papers were burned.
More seriously, they broke into the headquarters of the Commune Police located in the premises of the Commune People's Committee; shot and killed 4 officers and soldiers; fatally stabbed 3 other officers and soldiers who were on duty at the agency.
Many documents and items at the warehouse of the Militia and Self-Defense Forces in Ea Tur commune were burned.
Not stopping there, after withdrawing from the headquarters of the Commune People's Committee, on the way they stopped the cars of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ea Tieu and the Secretary of the Commune Party Committee Ea Ktur (who were on their way to the headquarters after receiving the news of the disturbance) and killed these two people.
Then, they continued to block 2 people's cars on the road and killed them. After committing the crime, the group of subjects split up to flee but were arrested in turn.
The Special Police Force - Ministry of Public Security deploys a plan to arrest the subjects.
As of the afternoon of June 13, the functional forces had arrested 6 subjects; Currently, they are still continuing to search and arrest the remaining subjects to strictly handle in accordance with the law.
Dak Lak province calls on people to actively participate in the movement "All people protect national security"
Regarding the case of using a gun to attack the headquarters of the People's Committee of Ea Tieu commune and Ea Ktur commune (including the working area of the Commune Police) in Cu Kuin district, Dak Lak province, on June 12, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province issued a letter calling on compatriots, comrades, and soldiers in the province to unite in the policy, administration, and trust of the Party committees at all levels.
The letter of appeal states: On the morning of June 11, 6, in Cu Kuin district, a group of armed subjects attacked the police headquarters of Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur communes, causing injuries to a number of commune police officers, commune officials and people. The people of the province's ethnic groups are very angry about the illegal behavior of this group of people.
Immediately after the incident, under the direction of the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Dak Lak province along with the active support of people in Cu Kuin district, the functional forces have urgently arrested the subjects and are aggressively pursuing the remaining subjects to strictly handle in accordance with the law. Party committees and local authorities have implemented measures to stabilize the situation, timely visit and support families with dead or injured people; inform and encourage people to stay calm, not panic, and follow the instructions of the authorities.
The Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province strongly condemn the act of attacking the headquarters of state agencies, killing people, and seriously violating the law by the target group; At the same time, I would like to share with the pain and great loss of the families of police soldiers, officers and people.

The compatriots, comrades and soldiers do not post or share relevant information on social networks when it has not been verified, affecting the performance of tasks of the functional forces, causing confusion and anxiety among the people; raise vigilance, absolutely "do not listen, do not believe, do not follow" reactionary objects, hostile forces take advantage of the situation to distort, manipulate and oppose the local government, causing political insecurity in the area.
