In the final days of 2025, in Ea Drong commune (Dak Lak province), Regiment 95 (Division 2, Military Region 5), in coordination with the Dak Lak Provincial Military Command, the 737 Economic-Defense Group, and local Party committees and authorities, organized a campaign to promote and encourage ethnic minority people to implement Government Project 57. Throughout the event, the ethnic minority people in Ea Drong commune were immersed in practical and meaningful activities, fostering strong solidarity between the military and the people.

Within the framework of the program, officers and soldiers of Regiment 95 (the unit selected by the 5th Military Region Command as a pilot unit in implementing Project 57) and other units focused on disseminating to the people the key contents of Project 57, "The Army participates in propaganda and mobilization of ethnic minorities to actively fight against and defeat the schemes and tactics of hostile forces to divide the national unity in the new situation"; clarifying the schemes and tactics of exploiting ethnic and religious issues to incite and divide the national unity; and at the same time, encouraging people to strictly abide by the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and local regulations.

The military also organized many practical community outreach activities such as: providing free medical examinations, health consultations, and medicine to the people; organizing "zero-cost stalls"; offering free haircuts; visiting and giving gifts to policy beneficiary families, poor households, and students who overcome difficulties; and supporting livestock and animal husbandry in the sustainable poverty reduction program. The units also coordinated the construction and repair of welfare facilities, lighting, clean water, and propaganda billboards, contributing to improving living and learning conditions and enhancing the material and spiritual lives of the people.

Comrade H'Thúy Mlô, Deputy Secretary of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Ea Drông commune, affirmed: The implementation of Project 57 by Regiment 95 and other units in the locality is of great significance in consolidating national unity, strengthening the solidarity between the military and the people, thereby contributing to raising legal awareness among the people, supporting economic development, sustainable poverty reduction, and maintaining political security and social order in the area.
