The competition took place from January 26th to 28th.

At the competition, agencies and units were tested on their understanding of specialized fields: Staff, Political , Logistics - Technical; training document systems; training materials and models; practical skills through training lesson plans, drill regulations, political lectures, plan preparation and reporting, and handling situations according to exercises...

The competition also included group singing and dancing contests, and propaganda and motivational contests, creating a lively and united atmosphere and encouraging a spirit of competition within the unit.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trung Toan, Deputy Division Commander, Chief of Staff of Division 363, and Head of the Organizing Committee of the competition, delivered a speech giving directions.

In his directive speech, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trung Toan, Deputy Division Commander, Chief of Staff of the Division, and Head of the Organizing Committee of the Competition, emphasized: Training preparation is of paramount importance, directly determining the overall quality, level, combat readiness, and airspace management capabilities.

The competition needs to accurately assess the quality of training preparation; promote good and innovative models and methods; identify limitations and shortcomings, promptly address them, unify understanding, and improve the quality of training in the Division from the very first days and months of 2026.
