An Thi Commune: Launching 3 self-governance models

On the morning of April 14th, An Thi commune held a conference to launch a self-governance model within the nationwide movement to protect national security.

Leaders of the People's Committee of An Thi commune presented the decision to establish the self-governing group and offered flowers to congratulate them.

The three models launched in this phase include: a self-governing model for ensuring traffic order and safety on the 3/2 road in Bui Thi Cuc village; a model of a peaceful parish promoting a civilized lifestyle; and a self-governing model for fire prevention and control at Tan Phuc market in Ngoc Nhue village.

Each model has 10 members whose task is to mobilize the people to disseminate information, raise awareness, and organize activities to ensure traffic safety; fire prevention and control measures at markets; and build a civilized lifestyle in Catholic residential areas through key criteria: no crime, no social vices, no environmental pollution, and no violations of the law.

Each self-governing group has its own operating regulations, a clear assignment of tasks to its members, and operates according to specific criteria under the guidance of the commune's police force.
