Mr. Ha Huy Tam, Director of Tuyen Quang Power Company, emphasized that building a corporate culture plays a very important role in the company's success, especially in achieving business goals. In 2023, revenue reached over 2,359 billion VND, an increase of 197 billion VND compared to 2022, and contributed over 2.7 billion VND to the state budget.

In the first nine months of 2024, the company's commercial electricity output reached 952,203 trillion kWh. The company aims to achieve a commercial electricity output of 1,325.0 trillion kWh in 2024, contributing over 4.7 billion VND to the state budget in the first nine months of 2024. In addition to successfully fulfilling its business objectives, the company actively participates in social welfare activities. Since the beginning of the year alone, the company has spent 700 million VND on this work.

Meanwhile, Tuyen Quang Petroleum Joint Stock Company implements its corporate culture according to the " Petrolimex Code of Conduct," setting out rules for its employees. Mr. Le Danh Thang, Director of Tan Quang Cement Joint Stock Company, said that the complex fluctuations of the global economy, especially the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the real estate crisis in China in recent years, have created significant pressure on the Vietnamese cement industry. Facing these difficulties, the company has implemented flexible sales policies and strategic plans in key consumption markets such as Tuyen Quang, Ha Giang, and Lao Cai. As a result, although the company's revenue did not meet the set targets in some years, the profit target was still achieved. In 2023, the company contributed nearly 42 billion VND to the state budget, and in 2024, the company aims to contribute over 46 billion VND.

Sao Viet Tuyen Quang Co., Ltd. is one of the wood manufacturing enterprises that consistently innovates in its operations, considering this as a sustainable development solution to overcome difficulties. Most recently, the company invested over 100 billion VND in building a modern plywood factory and automated production line. The application of automation in production has helped the factory increase productivity, save costs, and meet the demands of both the domestic and export markets. During the recent floods, the company contributed 100 million VND in cash to help the people of Tuyen Quang province overcome the consequences of Typhoon No. 3, and provided vehicles and environmental cleaning equipment worth 30 million VND.
