Although it's not officially labeled as a tourism program promoting Vietnam's scenic spots, culture, history, and people, it's undeniable that this is an indispensable element that helped "2 Days 1 Night" win over viewers.
What lingers in the viewers' minds after each episode is not only the joy and laughter, but also the priceless images of Vietnam's nature, people, and culture, along with the meaningful messages that the artists convey.
Instead of aiming to be a purely entertainment program, "2 Days 1 Night" emphasizes promoting tourism and culture in localities across the country during each filming segment.
Through the footage presented in each episode, many viewers said they wanted to "pack their bags and go" immediately after watching the 2-day, 1-night trip.
Da Nang leg
"2 Days 1 Night" chose Da Nang as the location to launch season 2. In the opening segment, the cast was split up to check in at famous bridges such as the Dragon Bridge, Tran Thi Ly Bridge, Han River Bridge, and Thuan Phuoc Bridge. Xuan Thieu Beach (Red Beach) is our next destination. This is one of the best places to watch the sunrise and sunset in Da Nang city.
The Wyndham Da Nang Golden Bay Hotel was where the cast met and had dinner with their idol, My Tam. The reason the show chose this hotel was because it offers a panoramic view of Da Nang city at night.
Son Tra Peninsula is one of Da Nang's prominent tourist destinations, boasting a diverse ecosystem of flora and fauna.
Nghe An leg
Vinh Stadium was chosen as the starting point for the Nghe An leg of the tournament. This is the home stadium of Song Lam Nghe An Football Club, a famous football club that has won the Vietnamese football championship many times.

Despite its magnificent natural beauty, Ban Xieng is not a frequently visited tourist destination.
Binh Dinh leg
Ky Co Beach was the starting point for the Quy Nhon leg of the journey. Here, the cast participated in various adventurous water sports.
The Banh It Tower allows artists to clearly perceive and observe the architectural style of the ancient Champa culture.
The artists had a memorable night and the opportunity to watch the sunrise at Trung Luong beach.
The Binh Dinh leg concludes at Ham Ho. This is a stunning natural landmark, a harmonious combination of forests, mountains, fish, and birds, creating a fascinating natural landscape.
Phu Yen leg
The "2 Days 1 Night" team chose Nghinh Phong Tower Square as the starting point for the Phu Yen leg of the tour. Nghinh Phong Tower was recently awarded the "World's Leading City Monument" 2023 by the "World Travel Awards" organization.
Mai Nha Island, Ganh Ba, and Bai Xep are the next destinations on the Phu Yen leg of the journey.
In the evening, the show chose a swimming pool in the resort for the challenge of selecting a sleeping spot. The special feature was that it offered a view of the Nghinh Phong Tower at night. At night, the Nghinh Phong Tower is equipped with a unique lighting system combining Bobine Tesia technology, 3D mapping, and high-intensity lasers to showcase unique light effects.
Bai Mon - Mui Dien is where the losing team had to spend the night. In the morning, Le Duong Bao Lam and Cris Phan also had the opportunity to watch the sunrise at the lighthouse there. Interestingly, this is the first place in Vietnam to witness the sunrise on the mainland.
