On June 7th, at Yersin University in Da Lat, a workshop and in-depth discussion on the topic "PR Training in the Digital Age - Opportunities and Challenges" took place between researchers, experts, journalists, businesses, and students from the Faculty of Communication and Social Sciences of the university.

At the workshop, numerous presentations were given, in which experts clarified the new requirements and competencies in modern PR training in the context of rapidly developing digital media. They suggested directions for developing training programs linked to digital skills, technology platforms, and the global PR job market.

Specifically, Mr. Tran Minh Tam, Master of Educational Management, presented a paper titled "Factors Affecting the Career Adaptability of PR Students in a Digital Environment"; Mr. Nguyen Dac An Khang, Deputy Director of Events at Da Lat Sensory Co., Ltd., presented the topic "PR in the AI Era: Authenticity and Professional Ethics"; and Ms. Nguyen Lam Thanh Hien (Tranier, ICF Coach) presented a paper titled "Generic Differences or Behavioral Differences? Applying DISC to Help Communication Students Communicate Effectively in a Business Environment".
During the in-depth discussion, students raised many questions, which were answered by lecturers and specialists to alleviate concerns and doubts about PR training in the digital age. They also highlighted challenges in the training process and the application of AI by students in their research projects.

Following this, students who had participated in the "business semester" and alumni who were valedictorians and salutatorians in the public relations major shared practical insights gained from internships and work experience at companies and businesses related to AI and digital technology applications, under the theme "From the Classroom to the Real Environment: The Journey of Self-Affirmation for Students in the Digital Age " .
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Yen, Deputy Head of the Department of Communication and Social Sciences at Yersin University in Da Lat, added that the workshop aimed to create an academic and practical forum to connect students, researchers, experts, and businesses to share experiences and effective PR training models and methods.
