11 Vietnamese documentary heritage sites have been inscribed by UNESCO.

The collection of documents by composer Hoang Van is Vietnam's 11th World Documentary Heritage site inscribed by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

On the night of April 10, 2025 (local time), at the 221st session of the Executive Board of the United Nations Educational , Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) taking place in Paris, France, the collection of documents of Vietnamese musician Hoang Van (1930-2018) was inscribed by UNESCO as a World Documentary Heritage.

The collection met many important UNESCO criteria, particularly those related to historical significance and universal value.

This is Vietnam's 11th World Documentary Heritage site to be inscribed by UNESCO.
