"6 clear points" in land clearance

DNO - Obstacles in land clearance have caused delays in many construction projects, leading to numerous negative consequences. Therefore, on June 3, 2026, the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee issued Directive No. 18-CT/TU on strengthening leadership and guidance to accelerate land clearance for projects in the city; which requires the identification of "six clear aspects" (clear person, clear task, clear time, clear responsibility, clear authority, clear results) for this work.
