First runner-up Danh Chieu Linh has good news.

Danh Chieu Linh received good news when he was appointed Head of the Organizing Committee of Mister Vietnam - the leading competition for men today - after a period of "lying low" to hone his skills and experience.

Representatives of the organizing unit for Mister Vietnam - Vietnamese Male Model have just adjusted the name to "Mister Vietnam". At the same time, Danh Chieu Linh, the winner of Mister Global 2021, has officially been appointed as the Head of the Organizing Committee for the competition.

Mr. Danh Chieu Linh has been appointed as the head of the Mister Vietnam organizing committee.

According to the organizers, Danh Chieu Linh assumed the role of Head of the Organizing Committee – the person in charge of running the Mister Vietnam Season 2 competition – right from the start. However, he felt he still needed more time to learn and gain more experience before taking on the new position.

Danh Chieu Linh was once known and loved as the "Barefoot King" because of his simple, down-to-earth image and his diligence in gardening when participating in male beauty pageants.

After winning the title of Mr. Global 2021 Runner-up and being awarded the title of Mr. Global 2021 (because the winning Mr. Global was stripped of his title shortly after the competition), Danh Chieu Linh has been actively working on fashion runways as a model.

Danh Chieu Linh was once known as the "Barefoot King" because of his activities in the mountains and forests.

However, for quite a long time, Danh Chieu Linh frequently updated his social media with pictures of himself building and tending his garden, enjoying life in the mountains and forests… leading many to suspect that he had withdrawn from the entertainment industry.

Few people know that this was the period when Danh Chieu Linh wholeheartedly prepared the strategic steps for Mister Vietnam.

Danh Chieu Linh shared that, with the title and mission of a Mr. Global, he feels he has a responsibility to develop the male beauty pageant in Vietnam, contributing to enriching and strengthening the male beauty competition arena.
