Hong Thanh Nhan (23 years old), residing in Rach Giong neighborhood, Rach Gia ward, graduated from college with a degree in graphic design. In December 2025, Nhan was honored to be admitted to the Party at the Rach Giong neighborhood Party branch. Prior to that, Nhan participated in the neighborhood's militia force, coordinating to maintain security and order in the area. This process helped Nhan better understand and appreciate the military uniform. Through learning about the Military Service Law via mass media, and through the propaganda and mobilization efforts of the ward's Military Service Council and other organizations, Nhan became even more aware of his responsibility as a citizen in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland.
Thanh Nhân shared with determination: "I want to join the military to improve my health, demeanor, discipline, and strive for long-term service in the armed forces." Behind that decision is the unwavering support of his family. Nhân's father, Mr. Hong Minh Toai - a 32-year-old Party member and retired police officer - has always been a role model of courage and responsibility for his son to emulate.

At the ceremony to present the conscription notices, Mr. Toai spoke with emotion: “My family understands the rights and obligations of citizens, and we are proud that our son volunteered to enlist. We trust that he will continue the tradition and strive to live up to the name of ‘Uncle Ho’s Soldiers’.” He expressed his hope that the new recruits would always remain steadfast in their faith, ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks, and not disappoint the trust of the Party committee, the government, and the people. The father's words of advice, from a long-time Party member, further strengthened Nhan's spirit before his departure for military service.
Sharing the same ideal of contributing to the military environment, Le Truong Ngoc Tho (20 years old), residing in Ward 5, Rach Gia Commune, also volunteered to enlist. Tho was admitted to the Party at the Ward 5 Party Branch on December 3, 2025. Having actively participated in cultural and youth activities in the locality, and assisted people in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic; being energetic and responsible in every small task, Tho was highly appreciated by the Party branch and the mass organizations for his pioneering spirit. Tho expressed: “I want the military environment to help me mature and have the opportunity to contribute to the country for the long term.” Tho's parents fully support their son's decision. For the family, their son being a young Party member and volunteering to enlist is a great source of pride. This consensus has become a driving force for Tho to move forward.

The image of young Party members Hong Thanh Nhan and Le Truong Ngoc Tho proudly speaking about their ideals of enlisting in the military made a deep impression. They are not only citizens fulfilling their duty, but also young political figures ready to lead the way. What Nhan and Tho share is a clear understanding of their responsibilities as Party members. Their voluntary enlistment immediately after joining the Party demonstrates their courage, pioneering spirit, and exemplary conduct.
Ahead lies the military environment with its strict discipline, months of intense yet proud training. We believe that, with the foundation of education from their families, schools, and the Party organization, these young Party members will continuously train and mature, contributing to the glorious traditions of their heroic homeland.
