ABBank dismisses Deputy General Director.

An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ABBank – UPCoM: ABB) has just announced the Board of Directors' decision regarding changes in its senior management.

Specifically, the bank dismissed Mr. Do Lam Dien – Deputy General Director of ABBank effective January 31, 2023. The reason for dismissal is the proposed termination of his employment contract.

Mr. Do Lam Dien, born in 1973, holds a Master's degree in Economics , Finance, and Banking from the Banking Academy; a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking; and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Mr. Dien joined ABBank in August 2017.

Mr. Dien has over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Before working at ABBank, he held positions such as Deputy General Director of Corporate Banking and Regional Director for Southern Vietnam at MSB.

Director of ACB's Tan Thuan Branch; Head of Credit and Planning Department at Vietcombank; Head of Transaction Department at Techcombank; Director of Corporate Banking Divisionat SHB ;

Board member and Permanent Deputy General Director of MeKongBank (merged with MSB); Board member of MSB. From August 8, 2017, he was appointed as Deputy General Director of ABBANK.

Recently, ABBank also dismissed two members of its Executive Board, Mr. Nguyen Khanh Phuc and Mr. Nguyen Hong Quang.

According to updated information on the website, the current Board of Directors of ABBank has 8 members, including the Acting General Director, Mr. Pham Duy Hieu; 4 Deputy General Directors, Mr. Nguyen Manh Quan, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Mr. Lai Tat Ha, and Mr. Khuong Duc Tiep; and 3 members, Mr. Le Manh Hung, Mr. Tran Viet Thang, and Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Due .
