Being recognized simultaneously in both the human resources and leadership pillars not only reflects short-term results but also marks a milestone in the accumulation and shaping ofACB 's sustainable development model throughout its 33-year journey.

The ESG spirit is led from the highest level.
In category G - ESG Leadership, ACB was recognized for its sustainable development approach established from the highest planning level in the governance system.
2025 marks a significant milestone as ACB completes its Sustainable Development Strategy for the 2026-2030 period, with ESG directly integrated into its overall development orientation. Accordingly, environmental, social, and governance factors are no longer implemented separately, but become an integral part of how the bank operates, from business activities to risk management.
Simultaneously, ACB established a high-level oversight mechanism by creating a Sustainable Development Committee reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Integrating ESG into the highest decision-making level allows for consistent guidance, monitoring, and adjustment throughout the process, with the direct involvement of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.
This approach demonstrates that ESG at ACB is not merely a strategic orientation, but has become an integral component of the governance system, with leadership placed at the heart of the transformation process, thereby ensuring that sustainable development goals are implemented consistently and in depth throughout the bank's operations.

Human resources strategy - the foundation of long-term growth.
In category S - Human Resources Strategy for Sustainable Development, ACB was honored for its consistent approach to human development, viewing it as the foundation for long-term growth.
ACB's human resources strategy is built on the Work-Live-Learn model, reflecting the bank's holistic approach to human resources. In this model, the "Work" element focuses on developing skills and work efficiency; "Live" aims for balance, engagement, and quality of life for employees; while "Learn" emphasizes continuous learning and skill enhancement throughout the working process.
Aligned with the "Learn" pillar, ACB has built an internal training system with the Learning Hub playing a central role. Originating from a foundation established by a team of university lecturers, ACB's training activities are not only professional in nature but are also progressively becoming a foundation for sustainable development, as training outcomes are directly translated into operational capabilities, business efficiency, service quality, and organizational adaptability.
In 2025, the bank implemented over 5,100 training sessions and nearly 300 new courses, covering everything from professional skills and leadership to sustainable development-related topics. In total, over 1.05 million hours of training were provided, averaging 84 hours per employee.
To mark its 33rd anniversary, ACB is simultaneously implementing numerous initiatives focused on health, education , and the environment, including the "Journey of Hope" program, which provides 1 billion VND in support to underprivileged child patients at the City Children's Hospital, scholarship programs to support students facing difficulties, and the "Green Contribution" platform on ACB ONE - connecting the community with practical, systematic, and long-term conservation projects.
In that context, ACB's recognition in the TOP 50 CSA 2026 in both categories of human resource strategy and ESG leadership spirit becomes an impressive highlight in the series of activities celebrating its 33rd anniversary, thereby highlighting the sustainable development journey that the bank has steadfastly pursued and is gradually realizing.
