At the meeting, representatives of Airbus Defense and Space Group shared a lot of information about the activities of this business. Accordingly, Airbus has successfully launched more than 120 satellites into geostationary orbit. 

This is also the pioneer in producing the OneWeb satellite constellation and is currently leading the race in the software defined geostationary satellite (GEO) market (Software Defined Satellite). Airbus also currently has a strong position in the Satcom GEO communications satellite market.

In Vietnam, Airbus cooperated with the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology to successfully launch the Earth observation satellite VNREDSat-1 in 2013. This is also a typical technology project for cooperation between Vietnam and Vietnam. and the French Republic. The satellite has now been operating in orbit for more than 10 years, twice its contractual lifespan.
