The highlight of the opening ceremony was the presentation of excerpts from 236 articles by the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, published in the Communist Magazine and widely disseminated throughout the country. These words, from a humane heart, conveyed the aspirations of a wise leader for independence, freedom, and lasting happiness for the people and the nation of Vietnam.

Chapter 1 features artistic imagery recreating the atmosphere of the August Revolution days in Hanoi and the sacred moment when President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence at the historic Ba Dinh Square on September 2, 1945.

The program evoked the glorious memories of the nation, the glorious pages of history written with blood and sacrifice by the entire Party, army, and people, exemplified by the shining examples of revolutionary pioneers and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces on various fronts.

Chapter 2 recounts the historic decisions of the nation and the great will and determination of our armed forces, security forces, and people to achieve these victories…

Chapter 3 expresses gratitude to those who sacrificed their lives and blood for the Fatherland, the acts of gratitude and remembrance throughout the country, and the profound belief that today's generation will firmly protect the revolutionary achievements that our ancestors painstakingly built.

In particular, the organizers dedicated a portion of the program to the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, expressing profound respect and emotion. The epic poem, "The Words of Uncle Ho - The Words of the Nation," resonated, bringing tears to the eyes of everyone present.

Moving on to the final chapter with the theme "Vietnam Has Never Been So Beautiful," musical pieces such as "Ba Dinh in the Sunlight," "We Guard Your Sleep," "The Flag," "Melody of Pride," "Youth Dedicated to the Party," "One Circle Around Vietnam," "The Party Flag," etc., created a joyful atmosphere, full of faith in the future of the country.

The show features performances by artists beloved by many audiences, along with the Children's Star Club, the Hanoi Choir, and others.

The political and artistic program "Stars of Independence" brought audiences moments of heroism and profound reflection, filled with pride, gratitude, faith, and a shared aspiration to build the nation. This aspiration has fueled and continues to fuel the flame of tradition, enabling today's generations to overcome difficulties and challenges, unite as one, and build and protect our country, making it increasingly prosperous, civilized, and happy.
