This year, Thua Thien Hue Photography Association is hosting the Artistic Photo Festival with the theme "Spring Colors of Three Regions" opening on March 15, 3 at Hue City Culture and Sports Center.

Hanoi - Hue - Ho Chi Minh City Art Photo Festival brings the public to the cultural beauty, people and landscapes of the three regions of the country. This year's Photo Festival has 90 works, each Association participating in 30 works. The 90 photo works are 90 brightly shining flowers, reflecting the Spring beauty of the three regions, vividly portraying the Spring day of each locality.
