Lieutenant Colonel Dao Ngoc Xuan, Deputy Political Commissar of the brigade and Head of the competition organizing committee, said: “As a unit with a large female force of nearly 120 members, in recent years, the Party Committee and command of Brigade 918 (Air Defense-Air Force) have consistently paid attention to leading and directing the promotion of women's activities, thereby contributing to helping women feel more secure in their work, love the unit, and strive to successfully complete assigned tasks. The contestants participating in this year's competition have performed very well in all three parts: knowledge, propaganda, and showcasing individual talents.”

The reenactment of the story of Vo Thi Sau made a particularly strong impression at the competition.

To ensure the competition was well-organized, the Executive Committee of the Women's Association of the brigade proactively developed a plan two months in advance. They also actively studied and learned from previous competitions held by women's associations in other units within the military to guide the branches in preparing their competition content effectively. The branches also proactively selected suitable personnel and forces, and organized thorough and intensive training to ensure the best possible program for the competition.

Outstanding cultural performances at the competition.

The thorough and meticulous preparation of the participating teams brought freshness and many unique and impressive programs to the competition. From what was observed, the contestants demonstrated good knowledge to serve the women's movement. In particular, with their self-confidence and the enthusiastic support from the cheering squads from various agencies and units throughout the brigade, the contestants and their teams presented diverse performances on stage, including propaganda through theatrical skits, short plays, dance, and singing, which received high praise from the organizers and the audience.

Major Le Thi Le Thu, Chairwoman of the Women's Association of the Brigade and a member of the judging panel, enthusiastically commented: "With creativity and skill, the contestants successfully completed the competition, showcasing the image of a strong and steadfast military woman in her work, yet also gentle and kind-hearted in her daily life."

Meanwhile, Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Thi Thuy, Deputy Head of the Women's Association of 3 agencies, who won first prize in the individual category of the competition, happily shared: "Through this competition, I am very happy because I had the opportunity to further assess my own abilities and to exchange and learn a lot of valuable knowledge and experience to apply to my work in the future."
