NDO - On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024) and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024), on the morning of December 20, a delegation from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam , the National Assembly, the State, the Government, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense laid wreaths and paid respects at the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh; and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Monument to Heroic Martyrs on Bac Son Street (Hanoi).
