Reportedly, the main features in iOS 18.3 relate to Apple Intelligence and include Visual Intelligence and changes to the "notification" summary. Since the iPhone 11 series does not support Apple Intelligence, some iOS 18.3 features are not present on these phones.

The update also adds a new Calculator feature that allows the final calculation to repeat when the equals sign is pressed and fixes a playback issue in Apple Music, where playback could continue until the song ended even if the app was closed.
