According to CaughtOffSide , Manchester United have been told they will have to spend around €100 million if they want to sign Odegaard. The Norwegian midfielder is Arsenal's captain and is considered one of the team's key creative players in recent seasons.
However, Odegaard's season hasn't been particularly smooth. The 27-year-old has only started 13 Premier League games and 2 Champions League games, partly due to shoulder, knee, and muscle injuries. Even when fully fit, he hasn't always been a regular starter under manager Mikel Arteta.
Recently, the English press has reported rumors that Manchester United wants Odegaard to replace Bruno Fernandes in the near future. Besides Man Utd, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, Barcelona, and Atletico Madrid have also been mentioned as clubs monitoring the player's situation.
Meanwhile, Gabriel Martinelli's future looks more uncertain. The Brazilian winger has only made 9 starts in the Premier League and 4 starts in the Champions League this season. Reports suggest Arsenal are willing to let Martinelli go if they receive around €65 million.
Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are reportedly two clubs interested in the 24-year-old. With his role in the squad diminishing, Martinelli could be a more likely departure from Emirates than Odegaard in the upcoming summer transfer window.
