The Chứt people (Huong Khe - Ha Tinh ) celebrate the Cham Cha Boi New Year after the harvest to thank heaven and earth for favorable weather, a bountiful harvest, and to welcome the new planting season.

On the morning of December 24th, the People's Committee of Huong Khe district, in coordination with the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Provincial Women's Union, and the Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union, organized the Cham Cha Boi New Year celebration for the Chut ethnic minority people in Rao Tre village, Huong Lien commune.
