
Attending the ceremony were Comrade Truong My Hoa, former Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, former Vice President of Vietnam, President of the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, and Head of the "For Hoang Sa - Beloved Hoang Sa" Club; representatives of local leaders and the Command of Naval Region 2.

A 100m² single-story house has been handed over to the family of Major Nguyen Chi Dinh, an employee of Station 96, Center for Technical Support. The house was completed at the end of September 2025, with a total cost of nearly 570 million VND. Of this amount, the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, the "For the Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa" Club, and Lien Thai Binh Duong Import-Export Co., Ltd. contributed 80 million VND, with the remainder contributed by the family and relatives.

At the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Huu Luong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Technical Support Center, affirmed that the "Comrade's House" project is a meaningful gift, demonstrating the responsibility and concern of organizations, businesses, and localities for officers and soldiers in difficult circumstances.
This serves as encouragement for Major Nguyen Chi Dinh's family, helping them stabilize their lives, feel secure in their work, and continue to dedicate themselves to the cause of protecting the sovereignty of the nation's seas and islands.
