Based on Decision No. 34/QD-QLGS3 dated May 28, 2026, of the Department of Credit Institutions Management and Supervision – State Bank of Vietnam, regarding the amendment of the Establishment and Operation License of Mizuho Bank, Ltd. – Ho Chi Minh City Branch.

According to Decision No. 34/QD-QLGS3 dated May 28, 2026, of the Department of Credit Institutions Management and Supervision – State Bank of Vietnam, the registered address stated in Clause 2 - Article 1 of the License for Establishment of a Foreign Bank Branch No. 40/GP-NHNN dated March 19, 2019, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam to Mizuho Bank, Ltd. – Ho Chi Minh City Branch, is amended to: “ 18th Floor, Sun Wah Building, 115 Nguyen Hue Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam ”.

Decision No. 34/QD-QLGS3 takes effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 40/GP-NHNN dated March 19, 2019, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam to Mizuho Bank, Ltd. – Ho Chi Minh City Branch.
