Starting a business has never been easy for young people, and young women entrepreneurs face even greater difficulties than men. But driven by a desire for a better life, this woman, hailing from the impoverished province of Hung Yen and coming from a family with limited financial resources, is determined to overcome all obstacles and embark on this challenging entrepreneurial journey.

Speaking about the difficulties of the startup phase, the woman's eyes lit up with memories that were still as vivid as if they had happened yesterday. At that time, real estate was still unfamiliar to most people, she herself lacked experience, didn't have many clients, and her meager capital was saved up penny by penny.

“At that time, I told myself that I had to overcome the challenges at all costs; I couldn't give up easily. I would do everything to succeed. So I went looking for the necessary relationships in the industry and started building trust within it. Because of the industry's unique nature, relationships became very important to me, and building trust was crucial. For me, relationships and market information are very important factors in business. Therefore, in addition to having investment capital, business people like us also need to equip ourselves with the necessary knowledge as a foundation to maintain stability and sustainable business development,” the businesswoman shared.

For female entrepreneurs, the real estate market is a highly selective playing field. To survive and thrive, one must possess both integrity and vision, meaning they must accumulate wealth legitimately and have a long-term perspective, knowing how to choose a market segment that suits their capabilities to succeed. There will no longer be cases of companies operating under the guise of real estate but deliberately sabotaging other people's projects to reap profits at any cost, thus losing business ethics. To achieve the positive results she has today, this woman has had to be extremely patient, endure the harsh realities of the industry, and readily accept losses when risks arise to maintain her reputation and ethics with clients and partners.

As a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience and success in the real estate sector, the businesswoman shared her insights with young people aspiring to start a business in this field. She emphasized that passion is essential for any entrepreneurial endeavor, driving continuous learning and self-improvement as a foundation for sustainable business development. She stressed that after each failure, it's crucial to calmly review the process, identify shortcomings, and learn from experience. She also stressed the importance of building relationships with experienced professionals in the field to learn from them, mitigate potential risks, and always have contingency plans in place.
