On March 11th, in Hanoi , the Party Congress of the Dai Doan Ket Newspaper for the 2025-2027 term was solemnly held. With the motto of inheritance, stability, innovation, creativity, and development, the Congress resolved to build the Dai Doan Ket Newspaper into a worthy mouthpiece of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the new era.

On March 11th, a delegation from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association and 250 exemplary veteran delegates from across the country offered incense and flowers at the Ben Duoc Martyrs Memorial Temple - Cu Chi Tunnels Historical Site, Ho Chi Minh City.
This is a practical activity to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 135th anniversary of the birth of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025). (See details)

On March 11th, the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA) inaugurated the 2025 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" competition for the entire army in the Northern region. Supporting the poor in Thuong Tin district to build solidarity houses.
On March 11th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thuong Tin district (Hanoi) organized the handover of funds for the construction of solidarity houses for poor households in Nghiem Xuyen commune. Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City, attended the ceremony.
With the aim of providing the best support to households facing housing difficulties, over the years, Thuong Tin district has mobilized resources from various social sources, including the Fund for the Poor, to build and repair houses. (See details)
A home for the poor
With the motto of "State support, community assistance, and family participation in housing construction," Son La province has effectively implemented policies to support housing construction for poor households in difficult circumstances over the years. This has helped people gain more motivation to improve their lives and gradually achieve sustainable poverty reduction.
Identifying the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in Son La province as a key political task, the districts and cities in the province are currently focusing their leadership and direction on its implementation from the beginning of the year.
