Speaking at the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, addressed the topic of "Leveraging the strength of the people to overcome the Covid-19 pandemic."
