The affected area is the eastern part of the North East Sea. The level of natural disaster risk is level 3.
As of 1:00 AM on October 5th, the typhoon's center was located at approximately 19.2 degrees North latitude and 113.3 degrees East longitude, in the northwestern part of the South China Sea, about 340 km east-southeast of the Leizhou Peninsula (China). The typhoon was moving west-northwest at a speed of about 20-25 km/h, with wind speeds of level 12, gusts of level 15, and the possibility of further strengthening.
Over the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm will move in a west-northwest direction at a speed of 15-20 km per hour, and its intensity will gradually decrease.
Due to the impact of the storm, from noon and afternoon of October 3rd, the eastern sea area of the North East Sea will experience increasingly strong winds, reaching levels 6-7; later increasing to levels 8-9, with winds near the storm's center reaching levels 10-11, gusting to level 13, waves 4-6 meters high, and extremely rough seas.
Warning: Between October 4th and 5th, the northern part of the North East Sea is likely to be affected by strong winds of force 11-12, gusting to force 15.
Vessels operating in the aforementioned hazardous areas are susceptible to the effects of thunderstorms, tornadoes, strong winds, and high waves.
