After two days of intensive work, the 15th Conference of the Central Committee of the 13th Party Congress completed all the planned agenda items with high unity and consensus, and concluded this morning (December 23).

Speaking on behalf of the Politburo and the Secretariat at the closing of the Conference, General Secretary To Lam thanked the Central Committee members for demonstrating their dedication, democracy, frankness, honesty, revolutionary spirit, and scientific approach, reflecting the responsibility of Party members to the Party, the people, and the country.

General Secretary To Lam   It was emphasized that the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam is a momentous political event for the Party and the nation, a historical milestone for the country in the Ho Chi Minh era, marking the convergence of the nation's thousand-year-old cultural traditions to rise up in the new era. Cadres, Party members, and the people are very interested in, following, and expecting great success from the Congress.

General Secretary To Lam urged all members of the Central Committee and all Party members to continue to uphold the spirit and responsibility of Party members, seriously implement and lead the effective implementation of the Resolution of the 15th Central Committee Conference; focus on doing well in regular work, and promptly carry out the remaining tasks of organizational work so that the 14th National Congress of the Party will be successfully held as planned.

"On behalf of the comrades entrusted with the nomination of the Central Committee and leadership positions for the next term for the 14th National Congress to consider and decide, we would like to thank the members of the Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat for their trust in assigning us this task. We will continue to work together in unity and with a high sense of responsibility and efficiency, meeting the trust of the Party and the people," General Secretary To Lam expressed.

General Secretary To Lam requested that Central Committee members focus on leading and directing the 2025 year-end review with a streamlined, substantive, economical, and effective approach, without creating pressure on grassroots levels; implementing practical tasks to ensure the people welcome the new year 2026 in a joyful, safe, healthy, and happy manner; and immediately begin the work for 2026 and the tasks for the 2026-2031 term of their respective units and localities.
