The exemplary conduct, enthusiasm, and creative thinking of Nguyen Thi Be, Secretary of the Party Branch of Tan Hoa Hamlet, Duc Tan Commune, Tan Tru District, Long An Province, have contributed to building a civilized and peaceful residential area.

Recently, she and the Hamlet's Front Committee have mobilized residents to contribute funds and labor to lay blue stone on Mr. Luong Van Chinh's road, dredge the 3 Coi canal; survey and install water meters for each household; encourage the installation of streetlights to implement the "Lighting for Crime Prevention" model; distribute leaflets on "5 Warnings for Crime Prevention "; and encourage residents to implement environmental criteria and care for trees along rural roads.

To improve the quality of Party branch activities and apply information technology and digital transformation to management activities in the hamlet, she established a Zalo group for the hamlet's Party branch to connect Party members and facilitate information exchange.

With just a few taps on her smartphone, she can promptly and accurately convey documents, directives, and resolutions from superiors, as well as assigned tasks, to party members efficiently.

Furthermore, she actively promoted and guided people in the hamlet to install and use applications such as VnCare, VssID, VNeID, etc.; instructed them on installing and using the Long An Digital app ; guided them on cashless payments; warned them about online scams; and more.

For her positive contributions, Ms. Nguyen Thi Be has received numerous commendations and certificates of merit from various levels and has been honored by the Tan Tru District Party Committee as one of the exemplary individuals in "Studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh ."
