The loan term for this credit package is up to 40 years, and notably, there is no principal repayment required for the first 5 years, applicable to a maximum loan amount of 5 billion VND per customer. For projects that commit to allocating at least 30% of the total output to young people, the developer will receive a preferential interest rate of 6% per year, fixed for up to 24 months, and in subsequent years, the interest rate will be 1-2% lower than the normal rate.
