Composer Nguyen Hoa, a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Music Association and the Vietnam Musicians Association, a native of Binh Son who had the opportunity to travel with the group, shared that upon arriving at Ganh Yen scenic spot in Binh Hai commune, the scene that unfolded before his eyes was poetic and refreshing, making everyone on the trip feel delighted and intrigued.
“The wind blows strongly, dispelling all weariness. The waves at Gành Yến gently lap against the shore. A few fishing boats, anchored near the coast, drift lazily on the water. The boats here are covered in an eye-catching green color, making the scene even more picturesque. In the distance, layers of rocks are stacked neatly and squarely, as if arranged by a magical hand,” composer Nguyễn Hòa expressed.
According to musician Nguyen Hoa, music has become a powerful tool for promoting tourism. Driven by love and pride for his homeland, and through meaningful field trips, the writer finds it invaluable to gather new local information, which sparks inspiration and stimulates creativity.
With the song "Binh Son, a place of complete affection," a folk song in the Bai Choi style by composer Nguyen Hoa, the beautiful scenery and people of Binh Son are partly introduced through the lyrics and melodies.
Associate Professor and musician The Bao, a member of the Vietnam Musicians Association, has traveled to many places across the country, from remote mountainous areas to plains and coastal regions. Each destination and each person he has met has left an unforgettable impression on him.

Ba Lang An Cape in Binh Chau commune is a destination with pristine beauty, featuring dark sedimentary cliffs and clear blue seawater. It's a wonderful place to admire the scenery and immerse yourself in the peaceful, simple natural landscape characteristic of the coastal region…,” Associate Professor and Musician The Bao confided.
Binh Son District currently has several well-known tourist destinations that have been established on the tourism map, such as: Khe Hai and Thien Dang ecotourism areas in Binh Thanh commune; Ganh Yen in Binh Hai commune; Tho An village in Binh An commune; Bau Ca Cai in Binh Thuan commune; Ca Ninh mangrove forest in Binh Phuoc commune; Ba Lang An cape in Binh Chau commune; Vuc Ba in Binh Minh and Binh An communes; Dap Da Dang in Binh Minh commune; and ecotourism along the Tra Bong River, from Chau O town to Binh Duong commune.
In addition, there are spiritual tourism destinations, historical tourism destinations, cultural tourism destinations, and traditional craft village tourism destinations.
Tho An village, Binh An commune, lies in a valley surrounded by lush green forests. For generations, during festivals and holidays celebrating the new rice harvest and the traditional New Year of the Cor ethnic group, the people here have organized ceremonies, dances, and gong performances, fostering cultural exchange.
The Cor people often bring products from the mountains and forests or produce themselves to the festival, such as fish caught in the streams, free-range pigs and chickens, and various wild vegetables growing along the streams and hillsides. Especially, the festival wouldn't be complete without sticky rice cakes wrapped in banana leaves in the shape of arrows or the traditional "ca ro" wine...
Tho An also boasts beautiful scenery, spacious surroundings, and a cool environment. Here you'll find the pristine Lo Xo waterfall, with its year-round flowing water, and the fairly large Tuyen Tung dam, creating a picturesque landscape. The Cor ethnic people are simple, honest, and kind-hearted.
According to the People's Committee of Binh Son district, in recent years, the locality has implemented many activities such as restoring the village communal house and the Tuyen Tung communal gate, inviting artisans to teach gong playing, and purchasing traditional costumes. They have also invested in stilt houses, flower gardens, and flower streams, and will soon expand the stilt house area in phase 2, contributing to preserving and promoting the image and cultural identity of the Cor ethnic minority people.
Restoring and promoting the traditional cultural values and festivals of the Cor people in Tho An village, Binh An commune, not only contributes to preserving the cultural identity of the local ethnic minority but also helps attract tourists and promote tourism development in Binh Son district.
In recent years, Binh Son district has focused on investing in infrastructure to effectively exploit and develop the district's resource advantages and tourism potential, aiming to diversify and improve the quality of tourism products, prioritizing unique and advantageous local tourism products.
This includes investing in, upgrading, and developing infrastructure and transportation systems in areas with potential advantages for developing rural and agricultural tourism, such as: Gành Yến scenic area in Thanh Thủy village, Bình Hải commune; Thọ An village, Bình An commune; Bàu Cá Cái lake, Bình Thuận commune; Cà Ninh, Bình Phước commune; Châu Tân beach, Bình Châu commune; ensuring a convenient transportation system that connects seamlessly with tourist destinations and areas within the district and province.
At the same time, a cooperation program was signed with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on developing products and transferring models for promoting community tourism associated with the Sa Huynh cultural relics in Binh Chau commune...
According to Pham Quang Su, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Son District: “Implementing Resolution 05 of the 20th Provincial Party Committee on tourism development, Binh Son District has linked tourism and service development with socio-economic development, aiming to create jobs, improve people's lives, and consider this one of the key tasks in the 2020-2025 term. The district has developed an implementation plan, focusing on groups of tasks and solutions to exploit and maximize the potential and advantages of natural landscapes, tangible and intangible cultural heritage, and advantages in each locality to promote tourism development.”
The potential and advantages of Binh Son are being exploited and developed, becoming a driving force for the development of the "non-polluting industry" (tourism). In the eyes of tourists, Binh Son is becoming an attractive, friendly, and safe destination.
