Minister To Lam offers incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh.

Also attending were Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Deputy Minister of Public Security ; and Thai Thanh Quy, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An Province.

In a solemn atmosphere, Minister To Lam and the delegation offered incense to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh , expressing their profound respect and boundless gratitude for the immense contributions of the great leader of our Party and our people.

Before the sacred image of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation of the Party Committee of the Central Public Security Department and the Ministry of Public Security pledged to further uphold the heroic traditions, continue to promote the study and implementation of the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho, in conjunction with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style, contributing to building a clean, strong, regular, elite, and modern People's Public Security force and Party, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

Throughout his life, President Ho Chi Minh always paid special attention to the officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security Force, focusing on building a force that was absolutely loyal to the Fatherland, the Party, the State, and the people; serving the people, and being the core force in the cause of protecting the security and order of the country.

Over the years, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, in conjunction with the movement to study and implement the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho, has become a regular and important activity for Party building and the development of the Public Security force. Every officer and soldier of the People's Public Security, regardless of their position or circumstances, always remembers Uncle Ho's teachings, using them as a moral standard, guiding principle for action, and a model of conduct; constantly self-reflecting, self-correcting, self-cultivating, and training themselves, always protecting and preserving the honor and prestige of the People's Public Security force...

On the same day, the delegation visited Chung Son Temple - the ancestral temple of President Ho Chi Minh - to lay flowers and offer incense in remembrance of President Ho Chi Minh's contributions, to express gratitude to his parents, family members, and the heroes and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the people.

Minister of Public Security To Lam and his delegation also participated in a program to present gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers Ho Thi Tu and Tran Thi Em; relatives of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers Pham Thi Tam and Ho Thi Cot; to 14 war invalids, sick soldiers, and exemplary families with meritorious contributions; and to provide medical examinations, treatment, and medicine to policy beneficiary families and poor households in Nam Dan district. The delegation also presented gifts to police officers and soldiers in difficult circumstances in the communes of Nghe An province.
