Heads of advisory and state management agencies under the Ministry focus on effectively implementing Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo , Resolution No. 198/2025/QH15 dated May 17, 2025 of the National Assembly on a number of special mechanisms and policies for private economic development, Resolutions No. 138/NQ-CP dated May 16, 2025 and No. 139/NQ-CP dated May 17, 2025 of the Government on the Action Plan to implement the Resolution of the Politburo and the National Assembly, Decision No. 2567/QD-BVHTTDL dated July 24, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism promulgating the Plan of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to implement Resolution No. 138/NQ-CP dated May 16, 2025 of the Government;

The Department of Personnel Organization continues to review and advise the Ministry's leaders to arrange and perfect the organization of the political system in 2025 according to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated January 25, 2017, the conclusions of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat, ensuring the operation of the two-level local government is interconnected, unified, effective, and efficient.
The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism advises the Ministry's leaders on solutions: Promote domestic and international tourism promotion in a focused and key direction; Direct localities to promote the development of diverse, high-quality tourism products for each tourist season and key areas, strengthen linkages in tourism development, combine tourism with consumption of OCOP products and local specialties; Effectively exploit international and domestic tourist seasons, enhance experiences and increase average spending of tourists, strive to reach at least 25 million international tourists and 150 million domestic tourists for the whole year.
At the same time, proactively coordinate with the Department of Tourism Management in localities and relevant functional units to strengthen inspection and management of the market, prices of accommodation services, food and beverage, food hygiene and safety, especially in key tourist areas. Closely coordinate with specialized agencies of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to develop convenient and flexible visa policies for tourists, improve visa approval procedures for tourists entering Vietnam...
Research and advise the Ministry's leaders to direct the implementation of tasks and solutions within their authority and propose specific mechanisms, policies, tasks and solutions in cases beyond their authority, send them to the Ministry of Finance for synthesis and reporting to the Government and the Prime Minister to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, promote tourism growth, complete the assigned targets in Resolution No. 226/NQ-CP dated August 5, 2025 and strive to exceed targets in more favorable conditions...
The Press Department presides over and coordinates with the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information; the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information: Presides over and coordinates with specialized agencies of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, news agencies, newspapers, ministries, branches and localities to widely disseminate and propagate Resolution No. 226/NQ-CP on the media. At the same time, proactively integrate the content of the Resolution into weekly press briefings...
