BTC is making thorough preparations to welcome international teams.

In the crucial aspect of transportation, the Organizing Committee fully covered 100% of the international airfare on Vietnam Airlines for the four teams from Singapore, Malaysia, Laos, and Cambodia. Furthermore, the Organizing Committee proactively contacted and received support from security forces, customs officials, leaders, and the Youth Union of Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Thanks to this, the Organizing Committee was able to assign personnel to coordinate and guide the teams to their designated immigration lanes quickly, and assist with baggage handling. The Phương Trang bus service was also given priority in picking up the teams, similar to the standards used by the Vietnamese national teams, allowing the teams to travel between hotels and the airport and complete procedures in the shortest possible time.

In particular, to facilitate communication and logistical support for the participating teams during training, competitions, and sideline activities, the organizing committee has assembled a team of volunteers fluent in foreign languages. These are all young people with excellent skills to provide full-time support to the four teams.

In addition to English-speaking volunteers for the two teams from Malaysia and Singapore, the organizing committee arranged for two volunteers from Laos and Cambodia for the remaining two teams: Life University (Cambodia) and the University of Laos. These two special volunteers are both studying and working in Vietnam, fluent in Vietnamese and English, in addition to their native languages, to help our two neighboring teams feel as comfortable and at ease as possible.

Besides training and competing, all four international teams received meticulous care, from meals to accommodation, at the Dong Khanh and Thien Hong hotels, both belonging to the Saigontourist Group. These are luxurious accommodations with extensive experience in hosting domestic and international sports delegations, conveniently located in the heart of District 5, making it easy for the teams to travel to the stadium and visit tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Tran Minh Tan, Head of Sales at Dong Khanh Hotel, said: "We are honored to be the accommodation for the teams participating in the 2025 International Youth Football Tournament - THACO Cup. Preparations are almost complete, aiming to help both Vietnamese and international players find the best comfort, recovery, and rest during the tournament. In particular, the hotel has discussed and compiled a detailed menu to help Muslim athletes supplement their nutrition with meals at 3 AM, as they are observing Ramadan. We are actively coordinating with the Organizing Committee to ensure that all members staying at Dong Khanh Hotel feel comfortable as if they were at home."
