During these exam days, each meal at the school's boarding kitchen becomes an extremely important "refueling station". With nearly 400 meals per meal, the kitchen always operates at full capacity to ensure that boarding students have the most delicious and nutritious meals. The menu is carefully planned by the chefs, diverse and rich, including protein-rich dishes such as chicken, fish, beef, pork combined harmoniously with fresh green vegetables, ensuring adequate provision of necessary vitamins and minerals.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Diep, who has many years of cooking experience, shares about the meticulousness in each preparation step: "The health of the children is the top priority. We always import food from reputable suppliers, with full contracts, clear invoices and documents, ensuring origin and quality. From vegetables, tubers, fruits to meat and fish, all must be fresh and delicious, ensuring food hygiene and safety."
What makes the semi-boarding kitchen special and touching during this year's exam season in the "city in the fog" is the appearance of the "little chefs" - junior students who volunteered to help. Not only helping with the work, their presence brought a source of positive energy, spreading the spirit of solidarity and sharing throughout the school.
Vang Thi Tuyet Nhung, a student of class 10A2, talked about the reason she joined the volunteer team: "I see that the seniors in class 12 are studying hard and have to take exams far from home. Therefore, I want to contribute a small part to help them have delicious meals and have enough health to do well on the exam. I think that when I can help someone, I also feel very happy."
It is known that from early morning, Tuyet Nhung and her friends were present in the kitchen, helping the caterers pick vegetables, wash food, prepare the table... Each of these small tasks were done with all the enthusiasm and meticulousness.
Along with the volunteer team, Thao Ngoc Hoang, a student of class 11A1, showed maturity and thoughtfulness in his thinking: "This is a very important exam for you guys. We feel very happy and proud to contribute with the catering staff to prepare delicious and nutritious meals for the guys taking the exam. Even though it is just small tasks like preparing bowls, chopsticks, and serving food, I believe that these small contributions will help the candidates feel cared for and encouraged, thereby being able to do well on the exam."
The small gestures and simple but sincere words of the junior students created a warm and close atmosphere like a big family. That affection not only shows the concern between generations of students but also proves the spirit of "mutual love and support" that is always preserved and promoted in the boardingeducation environment.

Meals at the boarding kitchen of Sa Pa Town Ethnic Boarding Secondary and High School are not only about providing nutrition, but also about love, responsibility and hope.
With quality meals, sincere encouragement and enthusiastic support from the "little chefs", we hope that the boarding students at this school will have enough health and a strong spirit to pass the 2025 high school graduation exam with the best results, bringing worthy achievements for themselves, their families and the school.
