A shift in population policy.

On June 3rd, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly approved the Ordinance amending Article 10 of the Population Ordinance. The official removal of the "one or two children" requirement is not only a legal adjustment but also represents a "liberation" in management thinking and opens up new responsibilities in improving the quality of the population.
