Singer Siu Black makes an urgent announcement.
"First of all, Siu Black would like to inform the audience that her personal page is now directly managed by her manager, who is responsible for posting and updating information about her performances and daily artistic activities to share with her fans near and far," singer Siu Black announced.

Meanwhile, this morning (June 12th), singer Phuong Thanh also shared behind-the-scenes footage of recording the song "Ta Chang La Gi Ca" (We Are Nothing) with Siu Black. According to the singer, when the two sisters entered the recording studio to record this song, Siu Black had just been to the hospital for dialysis.
“Initially, we planned for the two of us to sing a duet, but I thought the song suited Siu's life, so Chanh stepped back, only singing the lowest notes to add depth, fearing Siu might run out of breath due to her weak constitution. After that, I sang the higher harmonies to give Siu strength and motivation. I have plenty of new and good songs, but it's been a long time since Siu had a new song that suited her, so I wanted to reserve that opportunity specifically for her,” Phuong Thanh explained.

According to our research, despite facing end-stage kidney failure and a number of underlying health conditions, singer Siu Black continues to earn the admiration of the public and her colleagues for her optimistic and resilient spirit.
During her recent tour in Mang Den, singer Phuong Thanh also took the time to visit her close friend Siu Black in Plei Tonghia village. Seeing the current appearance of the "Nightingale of the Mountains" after a long battle with illness, Phuong Thanh couldn't hide her sorrow.

The singer shared that the regular dialysis sessions had made Siu Black's complexion somewhat pale, thin, and less vibrant than before. However, what deeply moved and impressed Phuong Thanh was her senior's unwavering will. Amidst the ravages of her serious illness, the singer never lost her inherent positive energy and optimism.
Approaching sixty, Siu Black is struggling to cope with numerous physical ailments.
In early 2026, after a long period of physical exhaustion and weakness, the singer was diagnosed with end-stage chronic kidney disease. Currently, she has to maintain a regular schedule of hemodialysis twice a week to filter her blood and sustain her life.

Previously, she also had a history of diabetes, dyslipidemia, and electrolyte imbalance. Her progressive kidney failure at one point put Siu Black in critical condition due to cardiovascular and respiratory complications, requiring emergency hospitalization and causing great concern among her family and fans.
Fortunately, after months of diligently adhering to her doctor's treatment plan, Siu Black's health has improved and gradually stabilized, allowing her to return to her normal daily life.

Refusing to surrender to fate, as soon as her health stabilized, Siu Black immediately returned to the spotlight last March. Her fiery appearances in artistic programs served as a resounding declaration of a spirit that has never succumbed to adversity.
The singer also infused her new song, "I Am Nothing," with the experience and spirit of letting go after the storm. The music video quickly garnered 12,000 views after just two days of being uploaded to Siu Black's YouTube channel.

Siu Black confided that, from the moment she saw the draft, she burst into tears because every word felt like it was written about her own life. A person who once stood at the pinnacle of glory, experienced bitterness, heartbreak, and illness, only to ultimately choose to let go and seek peace of mind.
"Awakening from a trance, I learn to live slowly. Hands that were once clenched tightly, now let go, leaving nothing behind. I was once at the top, then fell into the abyss. Wealth and fame, what does failure matter?"
For Siu Black at this moment, this song is not purely an entertainment product, but it is the voice of her heart, the most sincere expression of gratitude she wants to convey to her loved ones, friends, colleagues, and audience, those who have not abandoned her and have always held her hand through the most difficult twists and turns of fate.
