Why should I mark messages as unread?
1. Effective information management: With the flood of messages received daily, it's inevitable to miss important information. Marking messages as unread helps you remember conversations you need to review.
2. Reduce stress: When you've read a message but don't have time to reply, marking it as unread can remind you to address it when you have free time.
3. Professionalism: If you use Zalo for work, it helps maintain professionalism and ensures you don't miss important information from colleagues or partners.
