At the same time, at the ceremony, the Board of Directors of Cao Bang Provincial Police announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh (born in 1976), hometown Ninh Binh province, Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police, to take up the position of Director of Cao Bang Provincial Police.
