At the ceremony, representatives from the Cao Bang Provincial Police Department announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security and the Standing Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee regarding the transfer of Major General Vu Hong Quang, former Director of the Cao Bang Provincial Police Department, to another department.
During his tenure as Director of the Provincial Police, Major General Vu Hong Quang, together with the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police, led and directed the entire provincial police force to achieve many outstanding accomplishments, directly overseeing many major and complex cases, contributing to maintaining security and order in the area.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Hong Quang expressed his emotion and gratitude to the Central Party Committee of Public Security, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Committee of Cao Bang province, and the entire staff and officers of the Provincial Public Security Department for their trust and support in helping him successfully complete his duties in the past. He also affirmed that in his new position, he will continue to strive and dedicate himself to contributing to the socio -economic development of the locality.

At the same time, during the ceremony, the Board of Directors of the Cao Bang Provincial Police announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security regarding the transfer of Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh (born in 1976), from Ninh Binh province, Director of the Bac Giang Provincial Police, to take up the position of Director of the Cao Bang Provincial Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh expressed his determination in fulfilling his new nhiệm vụ and hoped to receive the attention, assistance, and support of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Party Committee, the local government, and the leadership of the Cao Bang Provincial Police to successfully complete the assigned tasks, build a clean and strong Cao Bang Police force, and ensure peace for the people.
