Rach Mieu 2 Bridge is ready to open to traffic

After more than 3 years of construction, by early August 2025, the Rach Mieu 2 Bridge Construction Investment Project (connecting Dong Thap and Vinh Long provinces) was 99.1% completed, expected to be inaugurated and put into operation on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2.

This is the 7th bridge across the Tien River, after Rach Mieu, Cao Lanh, My Thuan, My Thuan 2, Ham Luong, and Co Chien bridges. When put into operation, Rach Mieu 2 bridge will share the load with the current Rach Mieu bridge, eliminating the "hot spot" of chronic traffic jams here; contributing to the development of the Nine Dragons land in the coming time.
