In early 2019, Mr. Toan started making pineapple wine. In order to make a quality product, after many failed trials, he was not discouraged and continued to research. With determination to pursue to the end the chosen path, Toan tinkered with himself, researched information on books, the internet, produced pineapple wine with his own secret. From the failures, he has accumulated experience, producing a delicious pineapple wine, which is highly appreciated by many people.
Mr. Toan said: “If you are determined, you will do it. However, the most fortunate thing in my entrepreneurial journey is the support of my family both materially and spiritually.”
In 2020, he launched grape wine, jackfruit wine and continued to research and produce sticky rice wine, opaque sticky rice, and rice wine.

“Thanks to research and research, I have my own secret on processing recipes to have a wine made from fruit with its own unique flavor. Regarding fruits, I choose fresh, clean, berry, evenly ripe ones. The raw materials for processing must always be clean, the product is natural, no chemicals are used," Toan shared.
According to Mr. Toan, after choosing the right fruit, wash it, ferment it with its own recipe, after 3 months, add sugar and honey, this time it comes out as a syrup. Finally, all ingredients are fermented into the treatment process to remove impurities and toxins arising in the natural fermentation process. After that, the finished products are wines that are packed into 800ml bottles.
“These ingredients are purchased from reputable places, bringing a drink that not only has a delicious, unique and healthy taste but also ensures safety for consumers. All stages are guaranteed food hygiene and safety. Therefore, the longer the wine is incubated, the more fragrant, not sour, and the more beautiful the color," Toan said.
Currently, Mr. Toan's fruit wine products are very popular with customers. Each month, he produces from 1.000 to 3.000 bottles of fruit wine of all kinds, with prices ranging from 20.000 to 40.000 VND/bottle depending on the type. After deducting expenses, Toan earns 15-20 million VND per month.
His customers are liquor stores, grocery stores throughout the provinces such as Long An, Ca Mau, Dong Thap... Especially, Mr. Toan connects wedding restaurants to avoid termites or families with weddings. party to contact you to order wine.

In 2022, Mr. Toan participated in the Kien Giang farmer innovation startup idea contest - Startup, with the project "Produce clean wine, fruit wine" and won the third prize, which was commended by the Provincial Farmers' Association.
