The 4th Thai Binh Province Young Art Talent Competition attracted more than 100 contestants in many art forms. Maintaining the competition over the years has been an opportunity for students in the province to exchange, learn, and demonstrate their talents and passion; and for art agencies to discover, train, foster, and supplement resources for the ever-growing cultural and artistic movement.
