Helping children fulfill their dreams.

In the context of increasingly improved material and spiritual living standards, the measure of happiness no longer stops at "having enough to eat and wear" but has shifted to "living healthily and meaningfully." For children, happiness is not just about having their learning or play needs met, but more profoundly, about being listened to, respected, and able to develop according to their own abilities and dreams.

In recent years, many efforts have been made to create a safe and healthy living and learning environment for children. They are receiving increasingly better care and nurturing; they are studying in facilities and educational programs that are gradually being reformed to develop their qualities and abilities. Besides equipping them with knowledge and moral education, activities to discover and nurture their talents and strengths are also receiving increasing attention. This is an important step forward, because each child has their own strengths; with the right guidance, they not only learn better but also experience joy, confidence, and happiness in their journey to adulthood.

However, the rapidly developing digital age is posing new demands. Today's children grow up with the internet, artificial intelligence (AI), social media, and an almost limitless open knowledge base. The opportunities are immense, but the challenges are also significant: the risk of digital addiction, declining face-to-face communication skills, pressure to achieve academic success, and negative impacts from the online environment. Therefore, nurturing children's dreams in the digital age is not only about providing learning opportunities but also about ensuring they have sufficient physical health, a solid knowledge base, especially technological expertise, and the resilience to adapt and choose the right path for themselves.

To achieve this, the role of the family is irreplaceable. Parents need to accompany their children with understanding, respect for their individuality, and encouragement to explore their passions; while also guiding them in life skills and safe digital technology use. Instead of imposing expectations, listen to your children's desires, help them identify their strengths and weaknesses, and gradually build appropriate goals.

The school also needs to continue effectively implementing the Happy School Movement, focusing on innovating educational methods towards openness and flexibility, connecting knowledge with practice, and strengthening STEM education, digital skills, and creative thinking. More importantly, the school must be a place that nurtures character, inspires lifelong learning, and awakens a desire to contribute in each student.

When families and schools truly work together, sharing a common goal for the holistic development of children, their young dreams will take flight. This is the foundation for them not only to succeed but also to live happily and confidently into the future in this rapidly developing digital age.
