Associated with the tasks of each unit and locality

Immediately after the Government 's Cultural Development Strategy to 2030 was issued, Dong Nai identified this as a key task, implemented synchronously from the province to the grassroots. In the 2021-2025 period, propaganda work on the role of culture was strongly innovated through the implementation of news, articles, and reports on newspapers and radio; through conferences, training, and propaganda on digital platforms...

In particular, Dong Nai has issued many important resolutions and plans, notably Resolution No. 12-NQ/TU, dated December 12, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee, term XI, on building and promoting cultural values and people of Dong Nai to become an important resource and driving force for comprehensive and sustainable development and Resolution No. 14-NQ/TU, dated November 20, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee, on building and developing culture and people of Binh Phuoc by 2030, with a vision to 2045. This is an important milestone in the cultural development of the province.

Dong Nai is interested in the conservation and promotion of cultural heritage. In addition to the budget, Dong Nai mobilizes social resources to restore and embellish dozens of relics such as: Nguyen Huu Canh temple and tomb, Tran Bien Temple of Literature (Tran Bien ward), Phu My communal house (Nhon Trach commune), Nguyen Tri Phuong Temple (Bien Hoa ward) ... With the goal of preserving degraded relics, promoting the potential value of heritage, serving study, sightseeing, research and tourism development, in the period of 2024-2028, Dong Nai will put on the roadmap to restore 12 national relics and 18 provincial relics with a total cost of 331.5 billion VND (public investment capital 146 billion VND; career source 84.5 billion VND and socialized source 101 billion VND).

Cultural and sports facilities from the province to the grassroots have been invested in and upgraded, contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people. Many localities in the province have renovated parks: Bien Hung, Nguyen Van Tri, Duong Tu Giang; built Bien Hoa culinary space on Phan Trung street (Tam Hiep ward)...

According to Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Phuoc Commune, Dong Nai Province, Vo Anh Kiet, the implementation of the Cultural Development Strategy to 2030 has been concretized by the locality through many practical activities, associated with the task of building a cultural life at the grassroots level. 100% of hamlets in the commune have built village covenants and conventions; the rate of cultural families every year always reaches 90-97%. In addition, the National Monument of the Massacre Site in Bu Dop (March 16, 1978) and the relics in the inventory list of the Last Section of the Ho Chi Minh Trail in Bu Dop continue to receive the commune's attention to protect and promote their values.

In Minh Duc commune, Dong Nai province, after 5 years (2021-2025) of implementing the Cultural Development Strategy to 2030, the local grassroots cultural environment has had many positive changes. Cultural houses in hamlets and villages have been exploited more effectively, becoming places for meetings, community activities, connecting the young, middle-aged and elderly generations. Cultural - artistic, physical education and sports activities are organized regularly, with a plan and are no longer spontaneous as before. Inspection, reminders and handling of violations of culture, noise and illegal advertising are carried out seriously, helping the community form the habit of obeying the law and raising civic awareness.

Prioritize the development of some cultural industries

Dong Nai is a locality with advantages in developing performing arts, cultural tourism, advertising, fine arts, and photography. Along with that, non-public cinema activities have the participation of organizations and individuals investing in building many 3D and 4D cinemas in commercial centers such as: Lotte Cinema (Lotte Mart Bien Hoa and Vincom Plaza Bien Hoa), CGV Bien Hoa (Co.opmart, Big C Dong Nai), Beta Cineplex Bien Hoa (The Pegasus Plaza), Beta Long Khanh, EVG Dong Xoai Cinema....

In particular, Dong Nai is interested in developing cultural tourism associated with the application of digital technology. In particular, Dong Nai has built 3D virtual reality tourism products at Tran Bien Temple of Literature, Tan Trieu Grapefruit Village, Cat Tien National Park, Dong Nai Nature and Culture Reserve... to enhance the experience for tourists. Activities: Dong Nai Pottery - Hot Air Balloon Festival; Dong Nai Culture, Tourism and Cuisine Week... were organized to attract the participation of a large number of tourists inside and outside the province. Many tourism development projects have been implemented by the province, contributing to building the cultural tourism brand of the province.

After 5 years (2021-2025) of implementing the Cultural Development Strategy to 2030, Dong Nai has affirmed that culture is the spiritual foundation, an important endogenous strength, creating a driving force for sustainable development. The clear changes from the province to the grassroots show that culture is a solid "launching pad" for Dong Nai to integrate and develop in the new period.
