These results make a significant contribution to improving the spiritual life of the people, creating a solid foundation for building a well-rounded, friendly, and compassionate person in Dong Nai.

In line with the specific tasks of each unit and locality.

Immediately after the Government 's Cultural Development Strategy to 2030 was issued, Dong Nai identified it as a key task, implementing it synchronously from the provincial level to the grassroots. During the 2021-2025 period, the dissemination of information about the role of culture was significantly reformed through news articles and reports in newspapers and on radio; through conferences, training courses, and digital platforms…

In particular, Dong Nai has issued many important resolutions and plans, most notably Resolution No. 12-NQ/TU, dated December 12, 2023, of the XI Provincial Party Committee on building and promoting the cultural values and people of Dong Nai to become an important resource and driving force for comprehensive and sustainable development, and Resolution No. 14-NQ/TU, dated November 20, 2023, of the Provincial Party Committee on building and developing the culture and people of Binh Phuoc until 2030, with orientation to 2045. This is an important milestone in the cultural development of the province.

Dong Nai province prioritizes the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage. In addition to budget allocations, Dong Nai mobilizes social resources to restore and renovate dozens of historical sites, such as the temple and tomb of Nguyen Huu Canh, Tran Bien Temple of Literature (Tran Bien ward), Phu My communal house (Nhon Trach commune), and Nguyen Tri Phuong Temple (Bien Hoa ward)... With the goal of preserving dilapidated sites, promoting the potential value of heritage, and serving education, tourism, and development, Dong Nai plans to restore 12 national and 18 provincial-level historical sites in the 2024-2028 period with a total budget of 331.5 billion VND (146 billion VND from public investment; 84.5 billion VND from operational funds; and 101 billion VND from social resources).

Cultural and sports facilities from the provincial to the grassroots level have been invested in and upgraded, contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people. Many localities in the province have renovated parks such as Bien Hung, Nguyen Van Tri, and Duong Tu Giang; and built a Bien Hoa culinary space on Phan Trung street (Tam Hiep ward)...

According to Vo Anh Kiet, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Phuoc commune, Dong Nai province, the implementation of the Cultural Development Strategy until 2030 has been concretized by the locality through many practical activities, linked to the task of building cultural life at the grassroots level. 100% of hamlets in the commune have developed village regulations and customs; the percentage of cultural families annually reaches 90-97%. In addition, the National Monument of the Bu Dop Massacre Site (March 16, 1978) and the monument on the inventory of the final section of the Ho Chi Minh Trail in Bu Dop continue to be protected and their value promoted by the commune.

In Minh Duc commune, Dong Nai province, after 5 years (2021-2025) of implementing the Cultural Development Strategy to 2030, the local cultural environment has undergone many positive changes. Cultural centers in hamlets and villages are being utilized more effectively, becoming places for community meetings and activities, connecting young people, middle-aged people, and the elderly. Cultural and artistic activities, as well as sports events, are organized regularly and systematically, no longer spontaneous as before. Inspections, reminders, and handling of cultural violations, noise pollution, and illegal advertising are being carried out seriously, helping the community develop a habit of complying with the law and raising civic awareness.

Prioritize the development of certain cultural industries.

Dong Nai province has advantages in developing performing arts, cultural tourism, advertising, fine arts, and photography. Along with this, the non-governmental film industry has seen the participation of organizations and individuals investing in the construction of many 3D and 4D cinemas in shopping malls such as: Lotte Cinema (Lotte Mart Bien Hoa and Vincom Plaza Bien Hoa), CGV Bien Hoa (Co.opmart, Big C Dong Nai), Beta Cineplex Bien Hoa (The Pegasus Plaza), Beta Long Khanh, EVG Dong Xoai Cinema….

In particular, Dong Nai province is focusing on developing cultural tourism linked to the application of digital technology. Specifically, Dong Nai has developed 3D virtual reality tourism products at Tran Bien Temple of Literature, Tan Trieu Pomelo Village, Cat Tien National Park, and the Dong Nai Nature and Culture Conservation Area… to enhance the visitor experience. Activities such as the Dong Nai Pottery and Hot Air Balloon Festival and the Dong Nai Culture, Tourism and Culinary Week have attracted a large number of visitors from both within and outside the province. Many tourism development projects have been implemented by the province, contributing to building the cultural tourism brand of the province.

After five years (2021-2025) of implementing the Cultural Development Strategy to 2030, Dong Nai has affirmed that culture is the spiritual foundation, an important intrinsic strength, and a driving force for sustainable development. The clear changes from the provincial level to the grassroots show that culture is a solid "launching pad" for Dong Nai's integration and development in the new era.

According to Le Thi Ngoc Loan, Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dong Nai province: In the coming time, Dong Nai will continue to prioritize the development of a number of key cultural products with potential and advantages of the province, such as performing arts, fine arts, photography, cultural tourism… Through this, gradually enhance the competitiveness of cultural industries; build a Strategy for the Development of cultural industries with advantages of the province, in line with the requirements of development in the new era.
