Seven public land plots available for short-term lease.

The Da Nang City Land Development Center announced that it is currently accepting applications for short-term leases (3 years, 5 years) for seven large plots of land belonging to the city's public land fund.

Accordingly, six plots of land are being offered for lease for a period of 5 years for the purpose of using them for transportation infrastructure (parking lots, garages), including: a plot of land with four street frontages on Do Bi, Le Lo, An Thuong 28, and a 5m wide concrete road in the residential area east of factories 38 and 387; two plots of land with frontages on Vo Nguyen Giap street in Ngu Hanh Son ward; a plot of land with frontage on Tran Hung Dao street in An Hai ward; and two plots of land at the corner of 3 Thang 2 - Dong Da street in Hai Chau ward and the corner of Nguyen Huu Tho - Thang Long street in Cam Le ward.

In addition, there is a plot of land with three street frontages on Le Duc Tho, Yet Kieu, and Man Quang 1 streets in Son Tra ward that is being leased for commercial and service purposes (business in ornamental plants and trees) for 3 years.
