The owner of the hit song "Van Gogh" returns to Vietnam.

Dept (real name Lee Ho Jeong, 33 years old) is a musician, singer, producer, and DJ. His music blends various genres such as pop, R&B, and soul. He gained attention with his debut single, "Easily, " released in July 2016. In September 2022, the singer released the song "Van Gogh," which garnered 11 million views on YouTube.

Last August, he held his first concert in Vietnam, titled "Dept Live in Vietnam," which attracted considerable attention from the audience. For this return, Dept will perform at the "Hoi Thuan Hoi" event, which will feature Suboi, Hoang Dung, Chillies, Tao, Kien, Tung, Trang, Huynh Tu... Additionally, Pretzelle – a popular girl group from Thailand – will also be performing.

The Music Festival, which started in 2018, has attracted over 30,000 attendees and 100 participating artists over its four seasons (2018-2022).

This is a popular music platform among young people, aiming to discover new talents, support original compositions, and enhance the performance culture of young artists.

After a two-year hiatus, the Association returns under the name "Purely Traditional Association" . The Organizing Committee stated that the program aims to spread cultural and artistic values ​​through a fresh perspective, while also allowing audiences to rediscover the emotions and experiences of their first time attending the festival.

The highlight of the concert was the recreation of diverse cultural identities through folk activities, games, and unique decorations, creating traditional "touchpoints" through art and music.

The program took place in Thu Duc City (Ho Chi Minh City) on October 19th.
